Questions
The module arrives ready for work: setting up comes down to lowering the support legs, earthing and starting the power supply. In practice, about 15 minutes pass between arriving on site and refuelling the first vehicle.
The requirements depend on where and how you operate the module: the rules differ for own use on your own site and for commercial dispensing. We have been through this many times and will advise which set of documents applies in your case while the configuration is being selected.
The mobile version is designed for a single fuel type, which you choose when ordering. Containerised stations in the MARS series support one to four fuel types at once, including a separate compartment for AdBlue.
As standard, a mechanical meter on the dispensing assembly and a level gauge in the tank. For full reporting, a custody-transfer level gauge is fitted together with recipient identification: an RFID tag, an RFID card or an iButton. Higher configurations offer a GSM modem for remote monitoring.
Yes. Standard power comes from a 230 V generator, and a hand pump is provided in case power is lost entirely. The module keeps working even when nothing else on site does.
Our tanks are designed to operate between −40 °C and +50 °C. For cold climates, a heating system for the tank and fuel lines is ordered separately.
Price and lead time depend on the configuration: fuel type, level of automation, metering method and additional systems. After a short questionnaire we prepare a quotation with a fixed price and lead time, usually within two to three working days.
Commissioning on your site, staff training and ongoing technical support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Spare parts and consumables come from our own production.
